TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS PROMOTION
1. This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over, except employees of First Drinks Brands Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Prize consists of: 1 holiday for two people to California including £1000 cash to spend.
3. Winner will be drawn at random on 4th November 2009 and all winners will be notified by mail no later than 4th December 2009.
4. The prize is subject to availability. First Drinks Brands reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
5. Notification of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to the above address on or after 4th December 2009.
6. First Drinks Brands' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
7. First Drinks Brands reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
